I currently have two culinary (latte) Matcha grades in stock. The first is from Nisho, Japan, the same quality Matcha that was available earlier this summer just before the Barista grade. The second is a new Chinese Matcha from Guizhou. This Guizhou Matcha offers a smooth, balanced flavour and a deep green colour, making it an affordable and steady option for cafés and wholesale customers amid the ongoing supply challenges and high pricing of Japanese Matcha.

I’ll continue sourcing Japanese Matcha as shipments become available and plan to maintain at least one Japanese and one Chinese option year-round. The Chinese Matcha can be purchased in quantities up to 2 kg (4 × 500 g), while Japanese Matcha remains limited to 1 kg (2 × 500 g) per order.
