However, this increase in demand has also put significant strain on matcha supply chains. High-quality matcha is a seasonal, labour-intensive product that takes time to grow, harvest, and produce — and supply from Japan is currently at capacity.

To help ensure consistent access for all current matcha customers, wholesale matcha orders are currently limited to a maximum of 4 x 500g per order per week. This allows me to continue serving as many wholesale clients as possible while maintaining the quality and freshness you’ve come to expect.
