Payment
Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Interact (in CAD only). All transactions made on this site are fully secured.
E-tranfers are accepted on orders placed via email to ilovetea@theteagirl.com
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery or shipping. Unpaid invoices will result in a delay in delivery or ship date.
Shipping
Shipped is offered free of charge for all orders exceeding $1000 delivered in Canada. Shipping costs will be added to orders less than $1000.
Delivery within Edmonton
Delivery is available to wholesale clients that fall within a 12 km radius of T5W at at cost of $5 per order. Orders over 12 km and over $500 can be delivered for $20, shipping is preferred and more cost effective for locations over 12km. Qualifying orders can choose either shipping or delivery at checkout.
Pick Up
Orders can be placed for pick up, with the regular lead time in effect. Pick up times have to be pre-arranged once the order is ready.
Order Preparation Delay
There is a minimum 1-week lead time for all wholesale orders. Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2-5 working days between January and September. Wholesale orders are often blended to order, requiring a 1-week lead time to account for blending delays.
During October to December, the lead time can increase from 1 week to 2 weeks due to the increased volume of orders and production. Please allow for typical orders to take double the amount of time during this period.
Taxes
Taxes may be charged by the province of destination according to their specific policies and the value of the order. These fees are the responsibility of the client. Bulk tea, outside of gifts and samples, is a 0-rated GST product.
